What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is the practice of call and response singing of mantras in celebration of life. There is no experience necessary to join in with these enlightening events.

Leraine will be joining Scott Moore for an exciting new adventure - GLOWGA! They are going turn off the lights, black out the windows, paint each other with glow-in-the-dark paint, crank the music, and bliss out! http://www.centeredcityyoga.com/Sometimes in life, our path leads us into darkness. Let's celebrate the darkness. Imagine Leraine's didgeridoo, voice, and guitar making vibrations that shake you to your core as you float through the dark in lithe lines of light. Place: Centered City Yoga ~ 918 East 900 South Time: 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. $22 (a little extra to cover the cost of the paint) Wear shorts and a tank top, clothes upon which you don't mind getting glow-goo.
